The employees at the customer service desk need some additional training on what exactly customer service is. Even one of the managers, Robby was rude and unhelpful. I will no longer be a customer there.

Ordered a shower base that got lost somewhere in shipping. Called 3 times and spoke with less than helpful service reps two of which said they would call back and never did. On my final call, the rep said the tracking link would not work so that's all she could do. Had to cancel the order. What a joke, would give 0 stars... read full comment

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is a joke. Never anyone to help you. One I bought all new stainless appliances and when they delivered it, there was a cheap white stove that the idiots tried to leave at my house.
