Is the second chance they gave it to this company? I spend a lot of money in each visit and I’m very disappointed this time My glasses have a defect for the factory and the lady she want me to pay to have a new glasses. It’s very upset the customer service trick you like I don’t know bad bad this time I never come back to this company anymore.

My daughter had a run in with a volleyball and the lense popped out of her glasses. I called to see if they could be repaired and Ali told me they could help. We brought the glasses in and within 15 mins Ali and Charlene had repaired the glasses back to new! Thank you so very much for your quick repair! You both were so friendly and professional I will be making my next purchase from you! You guys rock!!

I went to Lens Crafter in Fairview heights Illinois, St Clair Square Mall March 01, 2024 and yes I gave this establishment three stars. I was approached by a gentleman who sent me to a young lady that was sitting at a desk after we talked about my eye situation. The lady took me in the back room where the eye test were done so I thought. The lady told me to put my face against the machine while sitting down. I could see the big letters, but I had trouble seeing the smaller letters, but I noticed something was on the machine lids, and I addressed my concerns the lady took a Kleenex napkin out of a box and began wiping off the lens. However I notice the dirt or whatever it was that was still on the lens I told the lady it was still on the lens, so she wiped the lens and said that's the best I can get it. I picked up her attitude as she spoke to me while wiping off the lens with very little effort. We continued the eye examination. I was told to go to another room where the Doctor came in, and we spoke about my concern concerning the lady who took my eye examination, who had a machine with dirty on her machine lens, or some kind of particles or dust and dirt that caused my vision to be blurry. I told the doctor about how my mother took an eye examination every year and brought a new pair of glass, which I thought was ok until I missed a few years to go to my mother's house to paint and clean her chandelle I noticed my mother's glasses were like big pop bottles that she was looking through. I asked my mother what happened, and she told me every year the doctor would tell her she had to have new glasses because she needed a new prescription. My mother's eyes looking out of her glasses I thought she was from another planet. I told the doctor I've been wearing the same glasses for ten years or so and I don't want my eyes to be bad because of dirt or some kind of smudge on lenses this calls the blurriness of my eyes to be bad. As I was talking to the doctor I noticed the lens on her different kind of machines had particles and some kind of smudge that you can see clearly on the lens. I addressed my concerns and the doctor started cleaning the lens off immediately. I gave the three stars because I felt the first lady had a bad attitude, because I requested her to clean the lens. She in my opinion shouldn't be in customer service because in my opinion the customer comes first. Her laziness not wanting to clean the lens on the machines was unacceptable. Second after talking to the Doctor and we had a pleasant conversation concerning my concerns, but in my opinion all machines and lens should have been clean before I entered the examination room, and I'm just saying?

Staff was great and very efficient! Ali was so nice during my pre testing and even helped me pick out glasses ! Dr. Mezzano is so sweet and made sure my exam was nothing less than exceptional. Charlene and Matt were also very helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. Overall experience was a 10/10. I highly recommend!

We had such a great experience buying glasses frames and lenses. We were expecting a long, arduous process with very few selections. We were pleasantly surprised by the great selection and by the careful and friendly attention of Adam. We will definitely be back for our next pair!

Extremely unhelpful. Visiting for the holiday. Have a valid prescription and trying to buy contacts because mine ripped. She keeps telling me they can’t “just give” me contacts for free. That’s obvious. She asked if I could come into the location to give my prescription. As a person in the eyeglasses field, why would you suggest someone who can’t see to drive in and give a paper prescription? I’m asking is there another way besides fax and walk in and was told no. Just so unhelpful.
