I was planning on going here this week for back to school haircuts. After reading the "response from the owner" comments on any negative review has definitely turned me away. Always read the reviews!! Any negative review on this comment stream was met with an unprofessional overcritical response with attitude. The owner is clearly unable to handle criticism. If that's the behavior of the owner, imagine the demeanor from the people they hire. No standards of professionalism or customer service.

Very efficient hair cuts which is great for wiggly kids, the owner however is very rude. Made several disapproving comments about my 9 year old having a phone (the phone wasn’t with her but I made the mistake of mentioning she had one) and both times we were there she tries selling her over priced toys and accessories through my kid, I.e-aren’t those cool, you should tell your mom to get you one! She had mentioned wanting to sell the business, I hope whoever buys it is a little more tactful.

They did our toddler’s first haircut. Our daughter was nervous but they got her calm and made the haircut fun. Our daughter didn’t cry once and left happy. Strongly recommend Kiddos Closet and Clips for toddler haircuts.

First time there, and Mrs Jessica was amazing with our kiddos (4 and 2)! No one ever cuts their hair right and we've found somewhere that did a wonderful job! The place is so adorable. There is a shop with toys, and even a gymnasium. We will definitely be back for all their cuts! A little bit of a drive for us, but was totally worth it. Mrs Jessica was quick, asked me what kind of cut they needed (usually people just start cutting without asking), and was very kind to me and the kiddos. So happy I brought them here! Highly recommend!

We took our daughter Luna in for her first haircut today and the experience was great! She loved being in the pink car and looking through all of the bows and toys after her cut! Will definitely be going back again. ?

Jessica is the absolute best! If you are looking for a wonderful place for kids haircuts - she is MAGICAL! (Pssst, she even does grown up haircuts, too - she is masterful with curly hair!) She has the cutest boutique with the newest toys for that special young lady or young man in your life. Come visit Kiddos! I promise you will leave with a smile!

I hate to give 1 start but I feel like I’d be doing a disservice to any other mama by not sharing our experience. This was our sons first haircut and it couldn’t have been a worse experience. The woman who did the cut didn’t listen to what we wanted and then just jumped in and chopped off his hair without asking if we were ready and my son was crying because she just jumped in and didn’t give him a second to get used to what she was doing. He cried the whole time and the end result was nothing like what we asked for. I would never recommend this for a FIRST time haircut. No sensitivity to child or mama and no apology afterwards.

My son has always had a traumatic haircut experience due to him having autism and sensory processing disorder. I came to kiddos and even though my son still fussed a little bit he didn't do anywhere close as bad as before! I will recommend kiddos closet to anyone I know that needs their kids haircut! Thank you so much we will definitely be returning!

It was quick, efficient and the store was cute. I love how they have an array of toys for children as you walk in to distract them after the haircut.(my kiddo isn't a fan of cuts) will definitely be back.

Had an amazing experience here getting my sons haircut! Every other place we’ve taken him to he’s cried the entire haircut, at kiddos he sat nicely and enjoyed it! Overall a great experience and will be coming back regularly!Service: Haircut

I went here to get my sons hair cut for the first time. When we first got in we went into the play room, we got yelled at because he couldn’t be in there unless we signed a waiver. It was 5 dollars to be able to play in there when we got the package deal for the first hair cut. Then the hair cut she left a bald spot in my sons head. The sides are uneven. The total was 60. This place is over priced. I trusted this place for my sons first hair cut and they did absolutely poorly. Will never go here again and do w not recommend this place.Service: Haircut
