I bought a Dodge Ram 1500 on Saturday. It would not start Sunday. Towed it to the mechanic, they said the engine was bad. I had to towed to the lot, so now I am waiting on a response. I have faith that Kennedi will take care of the situation.

Very crowded lot with no parking for customers. They sell cars with non working lights. Make sure you check everything for yourself.

My sister and I both bought cars from here with 8000 down combined both didn’t make it off the lot both needed new motors they promised if they couldn’t fix the issues they would refund our money so far mine is ok but they didn’t mount the motor down on my sisters car she took to a real shop and got it looked at he said they should have never let her drive it off the lot then telling her it’s her fault that she scraped the bottom of the transmission not even possible !Shame on you Kennedy auto sales American motors for taking advantage of people we’ll see you at court

my friend bought a 2014 Chevy Captiva from the Fairview Heights location at the end of Dec. she put $3000,total price of car was $8200. Forty five days later (and after she's paid 2 car notes, the car completely stopped in the middle of the street. It took the car lot 4 days to tow the car back to their lot and then they told her it needed a timing chain which would cost her another $1300 to repair. They have had her "new" car in their shop for over a month. They finally agreed to let her pay $700 towards repairing the timing chain and they would add $100 to the remaining payments. She took the $700 and they called her 2 days later and said she needs a whole new motor. They say the oil ran out in the car. Now mind you, she only had the car for 45 days and it was never disclosed that their was an oil leak or any issues with the car. She asked them to either refund her money or exchange the car since they sold her a lemon and they refused both. She has since filed a claim with the BBB and will be contacting the Attorney General. Do not buy a car from these people. They are scamming people out of their money and selling lemons. They claim they only warranty the vehicle for 30 days. So now she is out of $3000 for the down payment, $500 for 2 car notes that were paid, and $700. And still has no car.

I purchased on the high end a vehicle, and 2w later needed all types of repair at my expense. Never will I buy another vehicle from any Kennedi. I'm normally a loyal customer if I'm satisfied with a business. If You are looking for a customer based business this isn't the one; its more profit driven.
