Super thankful for the Fairview Ruler. I'm pleased with the Fairview one but if we could get the one in Belleville fix and opened, that'd be great.

We have shopped w Ruler since day 1 of opening in Belleville, we love the employees all so friendly, always with a smile, please bring back our Ruler in Belleville.
Ruler Foods operate as a discount grocery store offering basic grocery items and featuring everyday low prices. The stores contain a high concentration of corporate brand products in a low cost structure environment. Customers bag their own groceries and 'rent' shopping carts for 25 cents, which is then returned when the cart is replaced. This cuts down on the number of carts on the parking lot which lessens car damage and saves the customer money.
