Older Black lady that works here has A LOT to learn about "How you address and speak to STRANGERS"(& potential CUSTOMERS)!Couldn't have been more rude, insulting & demeaning. Spoke to a 50 year old as if I were her 5yr old grandchild. Ridiculous! Lost ANY potential sales, and referrals within 3 seconds of me walking in the door!! Great job!

The owner, Andrea is super knowledgable. The herbs are top tier, a lot of which are hard to find in store. She's able to help you and tell you what you need over the phone, just based off what symptoms you tell her you have. I've been going to her for over 10 years, and have recommended so many people to her, that of which are always very pleased. She also ships anywhere in the country. If you're done with pharmaceuticals like I am, this is the place to go for honest and holistic health advice.

I literally drove over an hour to come this establishment. A friend of a family member recommended this place to me. I was already familiar with holistic products however, I expected to feel more welcomed coming here. I was told andrea was really nice and outgoing and will help you with selecting products that no one else has near by.Nevertheless I left feeling extremely disappointed because her attitude was horrible and she seemed really dry. She wasn't very friendly or welcoming and the store has energy that will run you in the other direction.I would not purchase from this location or if you do decide to purchase just do your homework first and see if you can order it online maybe.

Oooooweeee!!! Talk about a phenomenal experience visiting for the first time. My brother & I was referred to Jacob's Herb on Saturday. They are closed on Sun. Today Andrea sowed the biggest seed, wealth of knowledge, and a whipping to get right. I live in TX but will definitely add Jacob's to my contact. Time to make a change. Thank you & stay amazing!!

I believe going here will benefit those who have not done their own research on conditions that they have. Because of my prior knowledge in holistic and natural medicine, I didn’t leave here learning anything new. I would recommend to those who will give this place a try to take everything with a grain of salt and don’t make an impulsive purchase before doing your own research.
