Reserved a room at this location the afternoon of our night stay. There was no problem getting a room. Once we arrived now I know why. The exterior stand alone sign is not light. At 10pm there were six vehicles in lot, one being ours and one being a staff person I believe as the way it was parked. This is a very tired facility. Everything from the lobby to rooms need a remodel. Even the elevator makes weird noises. Three story building has one ice machine on 1st floor. Our room was over stuffed with furniture, a large Chaise Chair. Really in the way of desk chair and getting to a closet. The room seemed ok cleaned although one of two light bulbs in restroom was not working.Checked in online with an electronic door pass so did not have inner-action with desk staff that evening. This location is right next to the busy I-64 with constant heavy truck traffic. The staff in morning was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was ok with not as many choices as other Hamptons. Only ones at breakfast around 8:30am.There are other Hamptons in St. Louis area which I wish I would have looked at reviews on. The pictures on website are not true as there is no overhang at lobby entrance and our room did not look like this.

I had an unusual experience during my stay, but it was made much better thanks to the exceptional customer service provided by Leeland and Roz. Despite some issues in the room, such as mold on the roof, a bad shower head, and no shower gel in the container, Leeland and Roz went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of customer care was fulfilled. Although the room did not have a microwave due to theft issues, the staff's dedication to customer service made up for it. In the end, I would give the property a five-star review due to the outstanding staff and their commitment to customer satisfaction

I made a reservation for 2 nights last week. Upon arriving I was informed they were sold out. This despite having a reservation. Do you know how many rooms you have? How many guests? I can’t fathom overbooking a hotel. I asked the manager to call me and was told she would call me the next day. After waiting until lunch I called and was told she didn’t work that day and would be back Monday. I gave it til lunch on Monday and no call. I called and left a 3rd message. I was told she would call me back.. still no call. That’s highly disrespectful, highly unprofessional. This hotel doesn’t live up to the Hilton chain name. I would NOT stay here ever. I would NOT recommend. The way they treated a Hilton Gold member was shocking to me. Sorry Hilton.. you’ve lost a customer for life. I travel roughly 225-250 days out of the year. That’s a good deal of business. I was forced to sleep in my car because of this locations unprofessionalism and incompetenceNoteworthy details: Highly unprofessional staff

Nice location between St Louis and Scott Air Force Base. My room was an upgrade but there was no fridge in the room, just a microwave.....

I've been a diamond member for years and never seen such a dirty motel. I will never stay here again? The one pillow had dirt on it and the other 1 to me looked like blood?

I'm a Hilton honors member and always stay in the Hilton hotels. In the past few years, I have noticed that the quality of the hotels is really going down. This has been the dirtiest room I have ever stayed.

The hotel needs to be updated but the staff is amazing and is so sweet! They made our stay great..we only stayed for the night and the room was fine for what we needed it for..

This location does not live up to the quality standards of the Hilton Brand or any other Hampton Inn I have stayed. The hotel was run down, dirty, walls in the dining area were covered with black trash bags, the carpet was filthy and the single ice machine leaked. The rooms do not come with refrigerators, but was offered to have them lock my food in a community refrigerator. The King room I stayed in was overcrowded with large outdated furniture, dirty un vacuumed carpet and sticky tile floors. The toilet overflowed and the sink had a constant drip. When I told the cleaning staff that my toilet overflowed, I was given the plunger and a rag velcro to a broom sprayed with something purple to address the clog and spilled water.I have stayed in Hampton Inn locations in several states; however, this one was more along the lines of a Super 8 or low budget motel. The Hampton/ Hilton quality associated with this brand was not found at this location and it should be closed until it is able.Rooms: Tight, dirty and outdated.Safety: Not sure about the area.Walkability: Not walkable to any food or shopping.

My room was very foul. I was not comfortable at all with this stay. The hotel staff was nice but the rooms are clearly not cleaned. I have never been disgusted with a hotel room ever until I came here. I’m upset about the bugs in the bathroom and walls. The stains all over the couch, bathtub and walls and the odor. The smell of mildew ozzing through the hotel was just the lasts straw for me. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. I’d suggest a motel before approaching this establishment. I called to complain and the best that could be done for me was switching to a different room but even the new rooms had the same problems. All photos are between both rooms. The breakfast was 2/10. The eggs were gross and I was just left feeling hungry. This isn’t okay, and you would think with all the negative reviews this hotel receives corporate would get Involved and actually do something to address this issues. The toothpaste given to me from front desk was expired in May and it’s October! The staff here is very very nice but this experience isn’t great. This was room 209 and 204.

The location of the hotel was great! However, the hotel itself was no great at. It was as if they took a 1 star hotel and just put the name Hampton Inn on it. The hallways were extremely dark and smelled of mildew. The room also smelled of mildew and the bathroom was dirty. This is a very outdated hotel and does not meet the Hilton brand standard. I would not recommend anyone stay here.Nearby activities: There are lots of stores and restaraunts in the area.

This hotel is less than average. My room (214) featured an unlevel floor that I lost my balance on. Dirty, frayed carpet. Holes drilled into the console the TV sat on. Indifferent front desk person upon check-in. Asked for HH member snack two different times. Never received. Most Hampton Inn's I've stayed in are nice. This one is definitely not. Don't stay here.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in the U.S. The door to our room wouldn’t lock and the door had been kicked in at sometime and was cracked and broken. Staff would not do anything about the door not locking. We had to carry everything with us when we left the room. The room was very very dirty. The breakfast area smelled of mold and there was black plastic hanging on the walls and you could see outside through the walls. I was promised hotel points, which I never got and after many calls to Hilton I never got any help.

Drove from Omaha Nebraska. Had made a reservation a month prior through Armed Forces Travel, arrived to find out they had given my room (as well as other guest ho had previous reservations, rooms). Even though I had been proactive calling them twice to let them know I was arriving a little late (got there at midnight). For a hospitality service they sure fail their clientele miserably. Hotel down the street gave me a room at the last minute, break fast, happy hour drink vouchers with a meal, and found a rate that was extremely competitive. Hampton is a joke dont bother making a reservation because they hold mo value at all to their commitments to their customers.

Very negative experience. The room was terrible, noisy, smelly and badly in need of maintenance. We are very disappointed Hilton Honors members.Food & drinks: Decent breakfast

Not enough towels or pillows available for my family. Bathtub drained very slowly, in room AC filters needed cleaned. TV only had 5 or 6 channels. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Due to a storm causing damage, had to eat it in our room. This property is way below what one would expect from a Hilton Branded Hotel.
