4618 N Illinois St, Fairview Heights“They have a lot of Hispanic stuff, but I bought something and it was expired by like 2 years, which makes me wonder how often do they go over their merchandise. Other than that it’s not bad.”
“This is by far the friendliest, and cleanest of all the Grocery stores, ive been in ,such a helpful and nicest staff, and a good customer service experience overall, I recommend this store to all,Thank you Schnucks Fairview heights”
“Huge selection and a very big store. I wasn't expecting to see all of the items that they carried, and I was impressed by the cost and the quality of the products. Especially the meat department. It was outstanding!”
“Prices are a bit higher than a normal grocery store, but this place deals in organic foods mostly & it's healthier so that is that. They do have many sales on items and I think I saved almost $14.00 & some change.. I will be going there from now on, makes sense when it benefits our health”
“They have great prices, and they greet you with a hello, and at the end of your transaction, they say, "Have a nice day." I do tired of the lack of courtesy. I work long, hard hours, and if it wasn't for the customers, cashiers would not be necessary. I get so irritated when cashiers act like I've walked up to a self-service counter. Thank you for providing great human interaction.”
“The 5 stars are for the 2 employees there that are doing all they can, taking care of everyone that comes through the door, while at the same time expected to be responsible for keeping all those empty shelves stocked. As a district manager, or even a area director, YOU should be in those locations helping get the shelves filled with product that is on carts in almost every aisle. Yes, your store employees are responsible, but to make your brand the best there is, you need to be in there helping carry the load. Hats off to the two employees that are expected to carry on all this themselves and to keep great customer service at the same time. It’s not an easy task I know. Yes, there is a shortage of people who want to work but corporate employees should be doing all they can for the brand, even if it means coming in themselves to clean things up.”
“I have to say, the male employee was super nice & helpful on 2-17-24 in the evening. The Store was clean & organized, such a big difference from the Belleville location on Idler Rd. Which I will never go back to, due to very rude employees, not helpful, empty shelves or isles constantly blocked by products.”
“I give this place 4 stars because this is my usual place to go when I need a dollar store. I usually by a little of everything here. I think the employees are nice and the area feels pretty safe. I'm not sure what their hours are, but it always seems like they are open, each and every time I drive here. Recommended.”
“Love it so much we drive over a hour away from it to just buy the food there..it's so much food for a good price. The prices are marked fair for the amount of food you get. We spend $300 and can keep food in the house for over a month with the meat we buy. We would buy sides in smaller sizes to not have waste. But this place is amazing if you need to fill a freezer or want to throw a party or need to feed a lot of people on a budget.”
