Had an front windshield replacement appointment scheduled for today. Work was set up to be accomplished by their mobile service. No problems setting up this appointment last week. However, at about noon (day of the scheduled appointment) I got notified that they did not service where I reside. Arrangements were made to ensure someone was at the house to meet the technician. Meaning....taking a vacation day. Wasted a day of vacation for nothing and simply got SORRY from their customer service. Cannot review any service....just customer service. More to follow if I am able to utilize their store services in Belleville IL

Tracy was very responsive and helpful getting my appointment. Jeremy was professional and efficient in completing the windshield replacement. MUCH MUCH better experience than my last experience with a competitor. I'll definitely continue GlassDoctor and have already recommended them to others!

Had a window pane in a basement window shatter and had called a different company who said they don’t do basement windows with window wells because they’re “too difficult.” Ended up calling Glass Doctor and everything was excellent from beginning to end. Incredibly responsive and convenient as I was able to get an estimate and set up the appointment through text after providing pictures and measurements. Had the window repaired for a very reasonable price within 2 days of contacting them. Highly recommend this company.

My windshield cracked pretty badly out of nowhere and I wanted to get it replaced quickly, but most companies in the area were hard to get in contact with or tried to give me the wrong (and expensive) windshield, not to mention long wait times. Not the case with Glass Doctor, when I called on Tuesday morning they said they had the correct windshield in stock, for less than the quotes I had received from other companies, and could come out and replace it that same day!My car was at home with my husband, but he said the repair technician, Nick, was super friendly and let him watch the whole process while they chatted. Nick also repaired my parents windshield recently, and I know they were also super happy with his work (they were the ones who recommended Glass Doctor to me).I will definitely be letting others know to go to Glass Doctor for their window repair and replacement needs!
