That guy that was working there yesterday did not know what he was doing and was very easily frustrated about it. Couldn't figure out how to cancel an online delivery and just hand me my games over the counter. He was also unprofessional. In his frustration, he was slamming the phone down on the counter as he tried calling other people to help him figure it out. All the while, in the same breath, pushing for me to get the gamestop pro yearly subscription.No, I'm not gonna need that, I'm not walking into a gamestop ever again.

Do not go into this one go to anyone but this one there was a curly haired guy working today I walked in he was dealing with a customer as he should I waited and waited and after there transaction was over he continued to watch video game trailers with the gentlemen and just shooting craps finally I said you know what I have questions and you seem to be to busy watching videos to help so I'll go to slackers and left I will not be renewing my pro pass or purchasing anything from GameStop again absolute terrible service

This is not a 1 star on this location. It's on Gamestop as a whole but I don't know where else to put this. The people at this location are always so nice and helpful!Back to my 1 star. Gamestop is ridiculous. They raised the price of their pro membership and offer basically nothing in return. They also stopped letting you use your $5 voucher towards digital game currency. I switched to PC and digital a few years back but I had kept my membership because I was coming in every month and getting a game currency voucher. Sometimes I would buy other things and sometimes I wouldn't but either way it would always work towards the currency. I went in this month and that is no longer a thing. I had just gone in a few days prior and got the one for November. Needless to say I will not be continuing my membership with the company. They do nothing for people who purchase digital games and their PC accessories are the worst.

Whomever the plump fella was at the register today at 3 pm-ish needs toA) learn a lesson in minding the business that pays him and stay out of people's phone conversations because everyone isn't patientB) NEEDS to be reprimanded or fired my receipt shows Alec but I couldn't see his name Tag over his portly belly and 3 sizes too small of a shirt!I will NEVER return to this store I didn't even complete all of my planned purchases because of him so I left and went to the other one
