Lexi is always so positive, smiling , and very helpful everytime I go up there at the office. I pass 3 other Fed EX offices just to come and get good customer service from her!

Every time I visit this location, everyone is courteous and always apologetic if I have to wait! This is the only local FedEx location I frequent because of their fantastic customer service!

Rude and couldn't or should I say wouldn't help with print issue. I was there 10 minutes or so, asked for help 3 times......Went to office max and got instant help was out of there in less than 3 minuted

I was able to return my package quite easily. The young lady working at the counter was both helpful and efficient with combining my 2 boxes of returned items into 1 box. However, I was told that it is their stores policy to not throw away or recycle empty boxes. Yes, you read that right. I was told I had to take the small 3 inch x 3 inch box back "to my house" in order to dispose of it. It makes absolutely no sense to me. There are recycle bins all around said store for recycling. But they do not break down and recycle used boxes. I asked what they do with their own boxes and was told that they're all new and used for shipping. I happen to know that those boxes are delivered to said store in, you guessed it, boxes that are then considered "used". Having been in the customer service industry myself for several years, I would have never told a customer/ client that they had to take their "trash" out with them. Makes absolutely no sense. The store was clean, and the employee was nice, but their policy goes against good customer service, hence, the 2 star review.

Highly impressed with my experience at FedEx office Fairview Heights,IL. The team there seem very happy with their jobs. I was greeted by Lexi and she is the most pleasant customer service rep I dealt with anywhere I. A very long time. She is an example of a happy employee there to serve the customer.

Great place for all your shipping needs. Everyone is so friendly. I agree with the other customer. who talked about Lexi. She is amazing! But everyone there is great and super friendly and helpful.
