I just happened to stop in this Circle K today and received the biggest Blessing. The customer service was phenomenal and apparently it was a drawing that I participated in. Out of all the people, I was one of the lucky winners. I have nothing but love for them all and I am giving a special thank you to Henry for allowing me to call back. Keep up the amazing work you all. I appreciate today

No running water in the men's room. Half of the parking was blocked off. They were out of most hot food so I settled for a hot dog, and they were out of hot dog holders. The aisles were blocked by displays and products.

Review is about a worker named Carole, usually evening shifts. If you like being made to feel like an annoyance and a pain then Carole is the cashier for you. She never has a smile or any manners. Several times I have tried to kill her kindness and inquire how her day is going to only get a short rude response. I understand it can be a tough thing to work with the public but she hates eveyone.

There is always some real characters that walk through this gas station but that's anywhere. However it seems to happen at this location more than others for some reason, why I don't know. But I also know the bathrooms need to be a lot cleaner, like there is always toilet paper and urine and other things on the floor and on the seat, people stuffing the toilet and clogging it or not flushing, people need to be more clean and stop leaving such a huge mess so it is easier for the employees to clean but they need to do a better job at cleaning too. There is almost never any paper towels or soap in the dispenser and that shouldn't be the case, someone needs to keep a better eye out on it or they need to hire strictly maintenance people to do that for them. The Circle K at 7900 N Illinois St by the HH fire department is way nicer, maybe this store could learn a thing or 2 from them.

Get rid of this smart checkout and get another person in there to check people out. It’s always a 10 min wait in line because there is only 1 person working and the smart checkout messes up

Not open 24 hours at all. Note on door closed 10pm-6am. How hard is it to change your hours online. Caused me to go out of my way for nothing.
