The service was AMAZING!!! They answered all my questions I had and showed me the problems with my vehicle. I needed a tire repair and an alignment. My car is driving like it’s brand new and I could thank them enough. I definitely recommend going here for any issues you have. I definitely will be returning. They definitely don’t try and rip you off?

Please be sure that the mechanic(s) working
on the cars take preventative measures to help insure that the interior stays clean.

Another great experience with Jesse T. at Car X Fairview Hgts. Perfect oil change on my beamer and I was very picky on the oil to be used but Jesse found the European oil 0-30 which was not easy. Also found new k&n Air filter perfect fit. All around great job! I'll be back...

Awesome service! Store Manager Jesse T. Was great working with today. I had rear brakes pads put on a BMW. He and his colleagues were able to utilize the Car-X software to connect with my 528i just to start the service which was no easy task! Awesome ceramic pads came, installed without a hitch and I was out rollin....trust me, if you're needing brakes or service to your vehicle don't hesitate with Jesse T. @ Car-X Fairview Heights, IL.

No one really LIKES going to the auto repair shop but it's a necessary evil. When you have to go, you hope you're getting decent service and a fair price. Well, Wayne and the guys at the Fairview Car-X provide more than decent service, they provide exceptional service! They are honest, thorough, and informative. I really appreciate them showing me where and why something needs repaired and not recommending items that don't yet need attention. The guys work hard to make sure the job is done right and your safety is a primary concern. I truly appreciate the work they do. Highly recommended!

Everything is good. Only thing if a business sells a card of 3 oil changes for a certain price, I would say have a card (the same way), but only for high mileage cars or synthetic oil for a higher price. Please don't charge after you promised free oil changes.Service: Vehicle Inspection
