Editing my 5 Star to 1 star.... So this Best Buy was good, and likely still maybe BUT Keelie the Manager on Duty is a smart mouth. I went there, with a exchange. Upon completion of my exchange there were some questions, and upon asking the questions the explanation was extremely short with no further explanation offered. I made the comment I would just return the whole order, and at that point was told hey I can do that as well. Then I was told I couldn't talk because I had used profanity. Here's the deal they may try to take my rights by forcing me to wear a mask in the store but they will NEVER take my Freedom of Speech. This store is done in my opinion. Someone (myself) who has spent $3k in the last 30 days, and does this on a regular will NEVER go back to this location as long as this ignorant woman has a job there. I do not recommend anyone shopping at this location if this is how they will treat customers.
Very very understanding, and helpful. Stayed to help resolve my issues.

Made an appointment over the phone to work on my Samsung phone. When I got there they told me they don't work on Samsung phones at all, only iPhone. So....that would have been a good thing to mention while booking when we asked specifically about Samsung phones.

Josiah is the man! Knows his stuff and always comes in clutch with the best recommendations. We ask a ton of questions and it’s always nice when he tells you his professional opinion based on the questions we ask. Some other cats in there will say “well based off looks I’d go this one” or “I’m not sure I use something else”. That’s not really what we asked, but ok. Next time we run into Josiah we will see what days he works so we can come in when he’s there. He’s the best!

In the past, my experience with Best Buy has been less than good. Several years ago, I purchased all four appliances from the Carbondale store to end up with a scratched fridge upon installation, a credit card screw up that cost me time and money. Today, our “Best Buy” experience absolutely STUNK with regard to the purchase and credit process. My husband, a Superintendent, was attempting to buy IPAD’s for his district. This was a $7000 sale that Best Buy Citi Card could not get right and lost. However, our sales representative, Alex, is the reason for these five stars. Without him, his kindness, his willingness to go the extra mile and his time spent, we would never even consider Best Buy Citi Card. Because of him, we will. Your employees can make or break you Best Buy. You have a good one in Alex.

I took my Apple Watch series 9 in to be serviced by the geek squad. I have nothing negative to say about the service or the people there because they were very kind and helpful and were very amused by mine and my moms foul mouthed banter we were going to back and forth with as usual lol. They were all awesome at the Fairview Heights, IL Best Buy
