Took my Mustang in for complete inside and our cleaning. They normally do a great job until I noticed 2 weeks later that my vanity mirror in my vizor was scattered.Im the one one that droves my car. So I took it back to speak to the manager. I was told he was out to lunch and some one else came to look at it. I was told the manager likes to handle these things on his own and was told to leave a message and Steve would call me. Well, its been to phone messages and over a week and NOTHING! Guess I will not be going back!

Was on the interstate and my Tesla M3P got sprayed with a "lubricant" by he whose name shall not be mentioned on a Thursday. He whose name shall not be mentioned said to take the car to Auto Spa for exterior detailing. Took the car in. Needed to make an appointment. Made an appointment for the following Monday. Brought in the car at 8:30 am. Car ready at 12:10 pm. Auto Spa did an excellent job removing the "lubricant." Auto Spa did not abuse the Tesla - no FCW, no speeding, no aggressive cornering, no hard braking, no unbuckled driving. Auto Spa coordinated billing directly with he whose name shall not be mentioned. This Tesla owner is a ? customer of Auto Spa. Recommended.

Today must have been an off day. Even the guy that runs the oil change portion seemed off/not as nice as usual. Watched 4 to 6 kids stand there doing nothing while my car was waiting to be dried and inside done. One finally walked over opened up the back end wiped off the back window closed it and walked away. Can't blame it on the heat because it was 70° this morning. They knew I was watching. As I walked over they started acting like they were going to dry my car. I told them dont bother and kept my 10 tip. Every other time I've been there the service has been exceptional.

I went in for an interior clean. The truck had been my Dad's, and he smoked in it and never cleaned it. They did an awesome job. They cleaned all the nooks and crannies, and the truck didn't smell anymore. Great service from the workers. They accidentally broke my charging cord, and they replaced it.

I got the interior shampoo'd and detailed. Excellent experience. The before and after were mind-blowing.

This is the only carwash that sprays down your whole car. Sparkle in Collinsville doesn't do it at all. Eclipse in Edwardsville only sprays down the drivers side. Best carwash hands down in the Metro East.

Still had streaks and dirt on my vehicle. Was not worth the money
