I had my car washed last Saturday 5/11/24. I just opened the hatch on my Honda Pilot for the first time since. One of my straps to release my seat is flipped the wrong way in the reel. It was not like this before the wash. This car is new and I have only made one payment. I just went up to the car wash to speak with them and they sent a young kid out "Nate", who told me they will do nothing. I have gone to Auto Spa for years. Never again. "Edit" the Nick called and apologized for my inconvenience and offered to make things right, which is all that I wanted. I appreciate his concern.

After a couple weeks I started noticing spots all over my car after the wash. When I asked an employee, he said that all car washes to that and that some people bring a chammy to wipe down their cars. Switching to another wash today.

Very quick and efficient car wash, I was skeptical cuz some of the mixed reviews but overall it was a 10/10 experience! Vacuums were very cheap too only costed me a 1$ to use it

Scratched the hell out of my car. Maybe that’s my fault, I probably should have gone for a touchless. But still not ideal.

I was not happy today with the service. Spending almost $44.00 and not wiping down interior of doors with armar all is beyond me. These are basic things that should be done. Pay more for bare minimum is not acceptable.

Great car wash. Workers are hard at it all the time. The supervisor checks to make sure the cars are properly cleaned. Great job. Will be back.

I paid over $30 to get our car wash and cleaned both on the outside and inside of the vehicle. The outside and front passenger compartment looked great. Went to Sam’s and opened the back hatch to load up. Wow. They didn’t even touch the back hatch area at all. I’m now looking for another full service car wash in the area. I won’t be back.
