Ramah and Hannah are top-notch when it comes to management and offer lots of social events for residents to enjoy. Truly a great place to live.”
“I was having trouble finding a suitable place here and my friend recommended this company. Debbie is really sweet and amazing! This is the first place I’ve ever rented where everyone’s friendly. Maintenance came out to fix issues I noted on my walkthrough, which I’ve never had done before (usually I have to place in a separate work order). My neighbors are quiet and my apartment was very clean at move in, I feel it’s worth the rent they are charging. I viewed places with other companies only to see dead roaches and other red flags (Hartmann Rentals who owns the majority of properties here). It seems like this company cared about their tenants and prospective tenants.”

“Lived here for three years and had few issues, the apartments are comfortable and cozy, and the location is very central and gives you access to a lot of shops and restaurants. Rent was fair enough and on-site maintenance is prompt and supportive.Another plus is that in my entire time there I never once dealt with ants or pests another prop to their groundskeeper.”
