“I was having trouble finding a suitable place here and my friend recommended this company. Debbie is really sweet and amazing! This is the first place I’ve ever rented where everyone’s friendly. Maintenance came out to fix issues I noted on my walkthrough, which I’ve never had done before (usually I have to place in a separate work order). My neighbors are quiet and my apartment was very clean at move in, I feel it’s worth the rent they are charging. I viewed places with other companies only to see dead roaches and other red flags (Hartmann Rentals who owns the majority of properties here).
