Don't go here if you need repairs on your equipment.Was told it would take two weeks. Backhoe was taken in on August 10th. They did not get it fixed until October 23rd. Took 10 weeks, that is right 70 days, to get the machine fixed. What they said would be a quick fix for 5 cyclinders to get repacked took that amount of time.Service is not ideal. Sad thing is, they are the only Case Construction dealer in the area.Will be looking at JCB, Deere or some other company in the future to provide better service after buying their product.

Excellent service and excellent people.They repair and maintain equipment and the price is pretty reasonable and the turnaround is pretty quick.

Don't have a contract with Lubby no problem! They will bother you forever about another groups contract if you happen to move in after they leave. Harassing you day in and out to pay someone else's bill, as you are now in the spot which the other group forgot to tell them they moved out of. Beware of Lubby! They will chase you forever and harass you, even when you were not a client. Just crossing their path is a curse.

I cant say enough good things about Luby Equipment in Caseyville. Under the leadership of Dave Ellison, and the knowledge of the mechanics on staff, especially Zach. I am so pleased with the service that we get from them. You call and it seems that they are there in no time, We have a Caterpillar D6C Dozer, it had a fuel leak, I called Dave, he sent Zach, and when he was completed, that unit ran better than ever before. I could go on and on. However, I will just say thanks.
