“I had a bank account here and I will let you know. I have always had a great experience here at Commerce Bank. The tellers really try to get to know you as a person and the service is always great. They are a really good bank. They have bathrooms for you to use, a waiting area that is clean. The have drive through tellers, and drop box and ATM. They have a private parking lot and security. I have never heard mention of anyone having trouble at this bank. I recommend you give them a try.”

“I got scammed by a company that didn't give me my product and upon request for a refund, they gave me only a partial refund, this bank proceeded to help me out and some time later, give me that full refund, I've never had issues personally using this bank (other than its hours but it does have atms and phone apps to cover this) so in general I cannot relate to these other reviews that give a one star or otherwise”
“When you call you you hear "you can count on more" and i am here to say its true. December i got trapped into a high interest loan with a local plumbing(TIGER PLUMBING) finance company that actually used "TRUST" against me hiding me from Illinois state laws and NOT letting me out of the loan. i heard a very cold and hearless "its out of our hands." ($61,176 DOLLAR DEBT) this was after i just paid off my mortgage that gave them a green light.Scared and not seeing a way out i applied for a loan at UMB. Connie Carpenter took the time and went out of her way to help me and understood that the lenders with the plumbing company were out of state and were doing their best to make this hard. but Connie Carpenter was upfront and honest with me about everything including illinois laws. today aside from being able to breath i have a loan with a much lower interest rate and i see a way out of this plus they are here in my hometown and really appreciate the understanding their patience and time to help me. Be carefull who you "trust" but you can trust UMB. THANK YOU!!!!!”

“Visited this location to deposit a check and the young lady that helped me was absolutely GREAT! Very helpful and I even received a free water! I am a 76 year old retired postal worker that worked in IT in that building. I had not been down there since the pandemic in 2019. I was so happy to find that the service is still great and again the young lady that helped me should get 10 stars! She's the BEST!”
