“Periodically, I note the computer is off line. I am not tech enough to know why, did I do something, is the system hiccupping, is something in the neighborhood sucking power, all unknown. I wil documnt those instances if they continue and try to give you more information. Happy with tv, not happy with computer so far.”

“I went to Verizon on a telephone call which misinformed me about what I was entitled too. I was hard on Ryan because of the misinformation I was told. But he turned it around and I got the new Samsung 25 ultra. He was excellent. Give him a pay raise because I was mad. He was understanding and kind.”
