Mike was extremely helpful and took the time to help us with our passports when he had a line of other customers in front of us. He could have turned us away because we were late by the time we got to the front of the line, but he went out of his way to help us. He had a positive and helpful attitude the entire time. We really appreciated the level of customer service he provided! Thank you very much!

This is a good post office with friendly people always willing to help. However, there's always a line, so be prepared to wait.

Unlike many reviewers, i had a great experience. Went at 12:15 expecting a wait at lunchtime but only had to wait a couple of minutes. The clerk was pleasant and fast and i was done in a couple of minutes.

I rushed into this post office on Saturday 5 minutes before closing hoping to get a padded envelope and ship something out. I was having no luck finding said envelope and was considering just getting a flat rate box for like 20 dollars. The clerk miraculously found one at the desk and instructed me to address it asap. Once I filled it out she let me get back to the front of the line where I shipped my package for 4 dollars and I was on my merry way. Very impressed with her friendliness, professionalism and awesome attitude. Not all heroes wear capes!
