Employees would rather stand outside and smoke a cigarette and cry about how there life's going.

So I usually come here for gas which isn't a problem. Every so often I go in to get food or something to drink. Or cigarettes when my mom needs them. Today, all the staff were standing outside the door talking. I walked past them and went inside because I needed to get cigarettes for my mom. Before I even tried to buy them. One of the ladies from out front came in and asked me if I needed something. Which confused me because I thought, why else would I be at the counter? I told her I needed cigarettes she grabbed them and asked for my ID. I handed my ID to her and was then told she can't sell them to me. Which confused me because this has never happened before. Now, I'm 23 years old and I wear glasses. In my ID I don't have glasses on because they REQUIRE you to take them off for the picture because of glare. I asked her if I could just take my glasses off and show her but she said no. She then proceeded to make me wait for another staff member to come in and give her opinion on the situation. When the lady that came in she repeated exactly what I did as well as a guy behind me that was also wearing glasses, she still told me no. She didn't even try scanning my ID or anything either, apparently she doesn't know that I have to take my glasses off for ID pictures even after being told by 3 people. Not to mention she was super rude about it the whole time. But, anyways it's fine because I just went to Casey's instead where they verified that I was the person in the picture and actually scanned my card without issue.

Wonderful little gas station nestled in the heart of a small town. The coffee and donut selection are always good and the restrooms are pretty darn clean.
