Great staff! I was able to walk in, with no wait or hassle. It was only for an easy return, but even something simple as that I read bad reviews from other locations. I was very pleased with the young man & staff that welcomed me.I highly recommend this store!

Terrible service ...hidden fees add up to hundreds .. they'll have you on the phone for hours ...terrible communication...have to call multiple times for one thing ...they're amazing at wasting the costumers time...the company makes it frustrating to discontinue service ...wouldn't recommend

All 4 of them are lazy. If you ask for help they will all look at their phones Stay away from the front desk. And tell their customers to take it up with the Kiosk . there was a line forming. some people even walked out of the building ?

I’m really disappointed I transfer my line and phone when they promised me a $200 prepaid card. The representative failed to tell me that I had to register before certain month using a link that never got to my email…. Never againNow they offering me a $500 of an iPhone 13 just so they won’t lose me as a client unbelievable

My son was charge almost 600 dollars for a home security box he turned in and I had the receipt actually they gave me the wrong receipt don’t never go there and I know it was done on purpose

I had received an email telling me 2 of my boxes needed to be replaced. May 1st. I called customer service and was told they were going to be shipped to me and would have free shipping labels for the return. May 15th I called to follow up as I hadn't received them. Went through it again and was told they would be sent out and I would get an email when they ship in a few days. Still nothing ,so I called again. The first woman said she was going to transfer me to the billing department as they could put the order through manually. Spoke with Kimberly and she told me I need to go to an Xfinity store to get the new boxes. Completely fed up, I'm ready to cancel my device all together.!!!

If there’s another Xfinity store in your area that maybe is five minutes further definitely go to that one.Just picked up my home Internet, Xfinity box for a home installation, and whoever packs up the box for the router definitely needs to be retrained on following simple instructions. Inside the home Internet package there is a card that states what’s in the box with pictures: the router, the power cable, a coaxial cable, and an ethernet cable. However, all I got was the router and the power cable.Definitely need a coaxial cable to set up the Internet so I don’t know whoever picked this up that doesn’t know how to or follow pictures but pretty disappointed in went out of my way to buy a coaxial cable and Internet cable when it should’ve already been in the box.

You walk-in and people are everywhere only 2 employees behind desk while people are frustrated because they are not signing people in as they walk in I asked if they had a sign In and it took 20 min to have someone acknowledge me. not a good experience so went to T-Mobile and got phones there instead.
