I just got a brand new membership for the first time in over 10 years. I placed a curbside order online -- it was a pleasant experience. This is the only location in my area that offers non gmo chicken by the case. I was able to place an order in the evening and pick it up the next afternoon which was very convenient. Staff was nice as well!

Called to check on the status of a delivery order, employee had me on hold for 20mins. I Hung up and called back but she knew it was me again and said hold for 2mins longer knowing dam well they'd close within the next 10-12mins . Why not just tell me to call back again tomorrow? I did my part by being patient , why not be honest?

As far as the area, this Sam's club is the best location wise. Evergreen park is a beautiful area on the south side and there are tons of shopping options near here. Super convenient location to run all of your errands in one day. I love bulk buying. This location is always fully stocked and staff is always friendly and helpful.

The florals were even prettier than I could have imagined. On top of all that, the price we paid was very reasonable. I can’t recommend Sam's Club Floral enough.

Went to purchase a computer, which was locked in a cage in the Electronics department. Couldn't find an associate, so I asked a cashier who was not dealing with any customers if she could help. She got the attention of a front-end supervisor and then simply pointed at me. I explained that I needed an item from the locked cage. She asked me to take her to the item, and then informed me that she had to get a manager to open the cage. Waited 20 minutes but no one came. Went to the service desk and asked again. Waited another ten minutes and finally left. Drove to the Hodgkins location and was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

This store is a circus and absolutely disgusting, there is no work dynamic or communication whatsoever. The lines for check out wrap around the back of the store. The check out staff requests for you to download the "scan and go" app but it waits until you have scanned everything to error out. Then it charged my credit card for the items anyway but didn't generate a receipt, so when we went to check out, a valid receipt wasn't available. I had to stand in the returns line (for another hour) for the front desk manager to call someone to re-ring my items, only she didn't re-ring them, she returned them... TWICE. This took 3 hours from entering the store empty handed but filled with frustration and no resolution. I will never set foot in the store again and I just renewed my membership TODAY, which I also had refunded. I'd rather die of starvation than have anything from this horrible establishment (disclaimer, the staff and managet were great, they were very kind) they just didn't communicate enough.Costco you just earned a new member!

The tire shop reception desk to schedule an appointment is the WORST!! I recommend buying the tires from there and having them INSTALLED somewhere ELSE!! They do NOT ANSWER their phone to book your appointment! I had to call customer service, speak to an automated machine, and be transferred to a live person for her to transfer me to the store who wouldn't even give me their name!! If you don't mind the run around then by all means... I will find me another auto shop who ANSWERS THE PHONE!! Called on 1/20/23!I had my appointment at 8am on 1/23/23 according to whoever answered the phone on Friday! He did not want to give me his name and to avoid hanging up the phone, I had confirmed the date and time! I show up with the car on Monday and get to find out that the person didn't put my appointment in the system!!! If I take the tires that I purchased online from there I would have forfeit the warranty!! The customer service sucks!! I know they are probably short staffed but when you call and get the run around, it's courtesy to answer the phone and book the appointment, it's not that difficult! Now I have to reschedule for Sunday!!

I went to this location with my new sam's credit card that I had just been approved for online. I normally use the scan option, get what I need, show the bar code, and go. It's a quick process. This time the app asked me to go the cashier to verify my card. The system would not take my payment, but the cashier and another woman (I'm not sure if she was the manager) were very patient and helpful. I felt so bad holding up her line, but she repeatedly told me it was ok and figured out the issue so that I could complete the transaction. Great customer service when I had an issue. Thanks ladies.

This store does not abide by the drive-up pick up time and on multiple occasions they do not pick up their phone. If they do pick up they'll listen and leave you on hold.
