I love this store, the entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and they go above and beyond to make sure you find the perfect boot. They also offer free conditioning which extended the life of my boots. I wore my current pair of boots 60+ hrs a week and they still look new and are still waterproof. The in-store experience is way better than trying to order online and they back their products and fit.

Although I’ve bought redwing before these last boots are terrible, the inside stitching hurts my toes and the top rivets that holds the met guard to the boot fell apart within two months!!

Called the store, was told they had the shoe I wanted in stock. Went the next day, tried them on, was taken very good care of by Gaby, bought them and was on my way!!! Awesome!! Called many stores before, much closer to home, nobody had them in stock. Was told by one store that they had them, when I got there, no shoes, blamed it on the computer having the wrong inventory.Great job, Evergreen Park, and Gaby, I'll be making your store my "go to" store from now on.

Reuben and Christian the managers are amazing. Christian went above and beyond to do my foot measurement and the whole experience to see what shoes would be best for my feet. Also when showing me diff shoes, he actually unlaced and put them on my feet. I was blown away by his customer service. Reuben was very kind as well. I love the staff there all around....but the management is top notch!! I am now a RED WING SHOPPER FOR LIFE!! Thank you to them for being so great.

Stop by to pick out a new pair of work boots. What a great experience. The guy that was helping us out was top tier! What customer service should be. He know all the answers to our questions and then some. Knew the products, warranty, policy and more. He was very professional and alert. He gave us a lot of helpful information before and after purchasing a pair of their boots. Highly recommend getting a pair work boots here even though they’re on the higher price range, but definitely worth it.
