I joined this gym about a week ago and me my service dog went there on my first visit. My first time there the Manager Gabriel told me that my dog needed to be in the computer because he’s a guest and falls under the black card member. I’m not a black card member but I didn’t understand the examples of why he told me. He said just in case she steps on a nail or get beat up in here or if she attacks someone.I told him why would someone want to beat up my dog, all he said that it could happen. He said it was there policy. Because she is a guest.
I was really surprised to be treated like this and made to feel very uncomfortable here.
I’ve sent the email that you requested and I’ve never heard back from you at all. It’s been well over two weeks and I’m certain that no investigation was done nor any reeducation. You can also Visit the ADA website and gain valuable information that you should be following as well.

I've been to several PF locations and want to say this one is top tier imo. It's very roomy with lots of (working) upgraded equipment!
The very best part is how the employees take care of the facility! It's super duper clean. I swear I witnessed both KJ and Katie wiping, dusting, cleaning mirrors and greeting customers with a smile my entire 2 hr. workout. I just have to give them both a big shoutout!

The employees provided exceptional assistance and were very helpful in explaining everything to me. They were able to address all of my inquiries effectively. The facility was well-maintained, and I had an overall positive experience. I look forward to returning in the future. Its rarely crowded and is always clean. The staff is also kind and helpful

Wide variety of cardio equipment and weights. Plenty of room. Hasn't been overcrowded. Staff is friendly. Locker rooms are usually clean. Restroom stalls need more attention.

I use the 83rd St. Chatham location EARLY in the morning, so it's quiet and clean, and I can get in and out quickly.

I was a member in the past. I decided to go in yesterday and see if there was anything new, equipment, deals, etc. There was only one guy at the desk. No one there to greet the guests because he was on the phone. I walked up and he pointed to the machine to check in. I told him I am not a member and I had questions. I asked what was new and did Planet Fitness have a pay as you go. He answered those questions and I asked what was new. He said for me to hold on while he got back in the phone. Now this call apparently had been going on before I walked in I assume. No way I'm going to stand in front of a team member and wait for him to get off the phone. I did actually stand there for a few minutes while I watched members come and scan their cards with no greeting from anyone. Pure ghetto! Customer service thumbs down. No one supervising anything. Where are the workers ??? Is this place being run by itself??? I walked out after waiting for several minutes. I wouldn't pay $5 a month for this place if this is how they run their business !!

Ive tried to cancel my membership here for months and every time I go in someone says to call but then when I call they say I have to go in. No one has been able to help me it seems as if no one knows what their doing.

I was working in the area, needed to use the washroom at 3am because EVERYTHING is closed. I do have a membership and was showen the washroom by the employee with no issue, just disapointed as the washroom was messy and there was no toilet paper in the stall. Hate to say it was probably the most messy PF bathroom ive seen yet. At 3am you would expect it to be spotless i would think.
