Yes, I called about an item but they didn't have the item. The person who answered the phone was very patient and informative.

I went in here today to have my vehicle's battery, alternator, and starter tested and Daniel was very helpful and professional. He also helped me with a small minor work on my driver's side door panel. He didn't have to do that, but he did. I really appreciate employee like him.
