Store associates were very helpful and efficient. There was kind of a big line and I did not feel like I had to wait that long. The quality of the bras I bought seems to be holding up so far I’ve been wearing them for about a month now. Selection is very good and they have a wide range of sizes

I always go to the Evergreen location and have a pretty good experience. The staff is always nice and professional. They can be slow at times but overall I get good service.

10-01-2023 I went in looking for a bra. The young lady measured me but then left after that. The cell phone use is definitely big at this location. I won't be going back here, it's already a jib to look for a bra.

This was a nice store to shop. However; that Old woman who works there. Stay in everyone’s business. A coworker and customer are discussing a purchase. She has to add 2cent for which she knows nothing about. Old woman is UNCONTROLLABLY , RIDICULOUS LOUD not CUSTOMER SERVICE Friendly at all. OLD woman stays in her coworker business and they tell her they don’t need her. She wants be noisy while doing her job, she’s looking to do your job. She must be lonely at home. She should be retired. She to old still be working. She didn’t save her retirement money ?SHE’S BOSSY, LOUD and GET HER OUT

Horrible customer service manager no resolution severe allergic reaction seeked medical attention and no one helped now unable to take meds no call back the bras are horrible not the first customer evergreen park lb horrible no reach out call don't care never felt so blown off corporate Sheldon was helpful

Extremely rude older manager/employee. I went in to return pants a few days after I received them in the mail (never worn with the tags attached) and was told they couldn't take it back because it smelled like smoke??? I've never been told that at any other lane Bryant or retail store in my life. Lane Bryant is NOT cheap- those pants were $75 and she was going to tell me I can't return them because of a smell??? Try again.
