Deposit slip had the routing number written as the account number. Teller noticed but was able to process it anyways

No sense of urgency or customer service here. Tellers don't bother explaining new changes to the elderly population and bankers move slow as possible. There's no reason during a weekday one banker is working but others just walk around uselessly. Sat for an hour and just left. This is pathetic for all the fees they charge.

ZERO STARS!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! WORST BRANCH EVER!!!! Walk in and NOONE acknowledges you... Tellers have to tend to the drive through as well as the lobby. Bankers are slow as hell, they seem lost and that they don't know what they're doing. STAY. AWAY!

Worst bank to go to , sat in the drive thru after pushing help for 15 mins and then I asked about putting coins into my bank account just to have her say go inside . Once I go inside they tell me the coin machine is down …. COULD HAVE SAID THAT WHEN I WAS IN THE DRIVE THRU . Last time coming here . Always a problem every-time I do come

HORRIBLE BANK I JUST OPENED MY ACCOUNT LESS THAN 2 weeks ago someone stole my account information and I reported the transaction and they REVOKED MY DEBIT CARD PRIVILEGES AND SAID THE CARD WAS USED IN PERSON AND WITH A PIN AND THATS IMPOSSIBLE IF MY CARD WAS IN MY POSSESSION AND I NEVER EVEN SHOPPED AT THE STORE BEFORE I WASNT THE ONLY ONE AT THE BRANCH REPORTING A FRAUDULENT TRANSACTION EITHER DONT BANK WITH THEM ‼ï¸
