My son recently had knee surgery and his school sent him a fruit and balloon basket. They promised the school it will get delivered the same as the surgery no matter the time sure enough we got home at 8:00pm and theyDelivered it at 9:30pm it is service like that that really matter thank you so much

Called a day ahead for BUSINESS delivery, was told business deliveries go out first thing in the morning around 9:30, they have priority. Called on the actual day for the scheduled delivery, the girl says your order is still being made at almost 10:30, music loud as ever in the background. So I just went ahead and picked the order up myself because it was needed for a work party. Way too unprofessional, wouldn't recommend any customers to this location.

Placed order online and it was delivered in a timely manner. Also the wrong balloon was attached to the order I called and informed them the next day. They were so nice and understanding that they redelivered the balloon I actually ordered a long with a cupcake.

The owner and her staff are kind, business minded, friendly and easy to do business with. They resolve issues with the quickness. The flowers and fruit were very good. Thank you guys for being professional and caring.

Had my Father’s Day order picked up. chocolate covered strawberries (small). When I received it, it didn’t come in a bag or nothing. Just a tray. It’s a Father’s Day gift. I called back to the store to asked about the bag and they kept me on hold til I hung up the phone. I’ve shopped there before many times and each time, my order was delivered perfectly. This time it was like going to Walmart and walking out without a bag. Just ghetto!

Had a very pleasant experience!(Ordered June 7th, picked up June 9th)Ordered the Berry Tasty Cheesecake & Cookie Platter. I was hesitant to give this location a try based off the reviews, but wanted to have my own experience and give them a shot. They did NOT disappoint! Didn’t know they made smoothies, ordered one to go after I put in my order and it was DELICIOUS! Service was professional and friendly. I will continue to support this business. Highly recommended..Keep up the great work!

Only reason I visited was because I got off late from work and it's the closest place to home. But no way I would pay that much for fruit ? so I bought flowers, overpriced flowers. That's my fault though for not planning ahead.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Never delivered or attempted to deliver my Mother’s Day gift. 30 minutes after closing they just marked it as delivered. Have called twice today and gotten nothing but told that they promised to call me back and no call. This place is a scam. They keep changing their story from they attempted delivery (not true and I have the ring camera footage to prove it) to they did deliver, to they don’t know what happened. I was the contact person for delivery and no one ever tried to reach me. I’m probably not the only person that this happened to.

Horrible experience. Had to contact several times after their delivery service sent bad fruit. Tried to contradict me over their delivery picture and when they never took one. They tried to compensate me by re-sending the order and they failed to do it twice.

Horrible horrible place to deal with. Very unprofessional and Julie, the manager?, is extremely rude. My entire delivery was not made to my gift recipient and she thought it was no big deal. Said she would send it whenever she could get ahold of the driver (who supposedly forgot and was now riding around with it for 4+ hours in his van?). When I tried to talk to her she accused us of treating her badly. She never offered an apology or anything for lack of what should have been a great presentation had it been done properly.
