“Been coming to this credit union since 2000(?). It was South Division but it merged with Scott. The people(employees) and I have developed a great relationship over the years. Some faces are new but business as usual. Some changes in how it operates. I used to get my direct deposits on Wednesday. Now I get it Friday. That was convenient but not a major issue. I also got 1 free cashier check every month. It's $3 now. It is what it is. Won't go anywhere else. If you decide to bank here, the people will try to make banking enjoyable and worthwhile.”
“Very nice staff!!! Got check same day for my dream car, ladies are very helpful. They made me feel very comfortable and very informative. Very low rates as well even if u have horrible credit rates are the best in town. If you are able to get an account with them go for it , you won't regret getting . I'm so happy I will not finance anything unless it's thru them .”
“Going to post office and banks are the worst parts about living in Chicago BUT I came here twice and I love this branch. Lauren is very nice and knowledgeable. I hateeee going to the bank but this place always has a smooth process.I relocated to chicago ago and my credit union partners with this company. So when I got approved for my apartment I made a mistake of combining my 1st months rent and security deposit onto one check instead of splitting it into two. Lauren and the team worked with my bank to void the check and sort the whole ordeal out.”

“I’ve been a member of United Credit Union for over 35 years. The clerks are always friendly and in some cases know you by your name. The credit union is convenient and close in my neighborhood. I’ll take UCU over some of the banks that have horrible services. Sometimes there are issues that take a bit longer…however you’ll be pleased and not waiting in long lines. Thank you UCU Administrators and the Banking Personnel that offers excellent services.”
