Left scratches on my 2024 telluride hood then got an attitude with me about it. Accused me of already having those scratches when I got there! That is clearly a brand new vehicle!! The scratches were buffed out but are still visible if you know where you are looking. I had to prompt them to lift up my 3rd seat to vacuum. My interior wasn't properly cleaned & there were still dirt stains from all of the recent rain on we've had on my hood. I did not get a $32 car wash, a drive through would've been better! I got accused of haven gone to the grocery store & possibly placing something on my vehicle that caused the scratched! It's crazy how an entire scenario was made up instead of their brushes or towels being the problem! Oh and by the way I don't go to the grocery store, I get my orders delivered.

First time here they did an excellent job I will definitely be back!!!I spoke with a previous customer while I was waiting on my car and she stated she's been going here for 15 yrs, enough said ?

Everyone did well on ensuring my whole car was clean. For a good price they all did way better than a regular car wash and all were very friendly. They scraped the sticker marks off my windows too. I’m def going back!

No sense of direction for cars entering to be detailed. One car was able to slide pass three cars that were already in line. When bringing the situation up to the manager he just looked d*** founded and said oh sorry and did not even say anything to the customer. Going somewhere else from now on.

They rush, and damage your vehicle don’t take ownership for any damages they cause or do… the service here has declined tremendously.. will NOT be back!!!

I have mixed emotions about this place. When I started going to them 3 years ago they really took their time to clean your car inside and out. Now, their service has diminished a bit. If it's crowded, the inside of your car won't be cleaned as well. Most times, crowded or not, they completely miss cleaning the center console and doors. I've seen on multiple occasions that the cup holders and dashboard are left dirty. If you complain or mention that you'd like for them to pay extra attention to a certain area of your car, they will talk bad about you in Spanish. I've had this happen on multiple occasions. I'm going to be looking for an alternative car wash place moving forward.Services: Vacuuming

Horrible wait time and then once I’m in the line a person comes out and tells me the line starts across the street. There is no signage to say as the line starts across the street on the opposite side of kiedzie! That is horrible. After waiting in this line for 20 minutes then to be told oh the line starts across the street. Never again you’ve lost a customer and I’ll never recommend anyone else to this place. I do not like my time wasted.

They have quick service. Yet their towels will scratch your car, they put the floor mats back in any kind of way except the right way. However they are not for a car enthusiasts like myself, that pay attention to detail.

I love coming to this place to get my car wash. They do an excellent job, and the prices are not bad, depending what type of services that you are getting, but I don't have any complaints.
