The gas station is terrible, pumps are out allot. Won't give you a receipt at the pumps as they are out of paper. They constantly have the wrong price on the GasBuddy app to lure you in there. Stay away! Go to the Mobile or Speedway just up the street!

If you visit this BP carwash on 2620 W 95th St, Evergreen Illinois. The old man inside banged my side view mirror so hard with that long handled broom or brush and popped my side view mirror out and blatantly stood there and lied and said he didn't do it. I got the phone number of a man named Kenny for carwash complaints from the BP attendant inside the gas station. Kenny has been answering his phone, but has been giving me more excuses than I care to hear all while defending the old man. This has gone on for a month now with no resolve. Is this what I'm supposed to go thru as a paying customer? I paid for my carwash services , so Kenny pay me for the services your old man did to my mirror! The attendants inside are just as snappy and very rude!!!

Horrible gas station! Overpriced and the staff are rude and blatantly ignore you! Go to Speedway up the street. Kinder staff, affordable gas, and the air pump station isn't broken all the time like this terrible disgusting gas station! Hope this BP goes out of business!!

Quick service, but the car wash option now is a joke. They went from $3.99 to $4.99 and now you car receives less soap, less water and the blow dryers are scant. Too many other car washes for a $.20 reduced gas price.

Went to get my car washed this morning. The car wash attendant was literally getting paid to be on his phone pacing back and forth behind the car wash. That being said my car never got scrubbed down which is the attendants job. Pathetic really how some people get paid to do nothing. Wish I could fire him.

I've been going here for years. My only complaint is they don't have set hours. Some days, they open at 7AM, some days 8AM, some days 10AM and this has nothing to do with the weather. PLEASE set some hours and KEEP them. I want to continue using you but there are now other options in the area that might be more attractive since you can't keep consistent hours.

I wish I had seen the reviews prior to using the carwash here. Although, I have been here about 5 or 6 times with no problem. On 8/29/21 my vehicle was damaged by the carwash. I was told the owner, whose name is Kenny, was not in and he'll contact me later on 8/30/21. Now it seems like they want to play games, hanging up and screening calls now. First call went to voicemail, with voicemail full, unable to leave a message. The second call just sounded like someone picked up and hung up. I also sent an email to the email address on the receipt. So, the guy answered the 3rd time, said that Kenny hasn't been in all day. He gave me a number to try to reach him but advised that he probably won't pick up right away. Of course, he didn't pick up. This is a business last I checked.I spoke with the manager. After a brief discussion, he said he would look at the video. And it will show if my car had any preexisting damage where I told him the carwash damaged my car. I'm expecting him to get back with me today 8/31/21.

Car wash is fast and does the job. My pick is the $10 "Ultimate" wash. Worth the buck and they -also have vacuums. Turned my car brand new again! Very satisfied with this place!

The only car wash I know that lets you use their towels, tire shine, and air fresheners! Very equipped!

Kenny is great. I feel awful he has to deal with so many inconsiderate people. He keeps everything clean and the U-Haul service was efficient.

Do not use the car wash it broke down causing damage to my vehicle. Kenny in the beginning stated he wanted to work with me to repair. A week went by in which he change his story only now to go thru my own insurance. Horrible experience and inconvenience. YOU ROLL THE DICE IN THAT CARWASH. I CANCELLED MY MOTHLY PERSCRIPTION I RECOMMEND YOU DO THE SAME
