“It has been five years since i posted a review so i figured i would come back and say how happy I am that when you walk into the lobby of this Bank it seems like you are surrounded by Family as all the Employees are so friendly as everyone greets you with a warm hello. It is a nice feeling no matter what you came in for you leave there feeling that they appreciate not only your business but the account holder also. “Been coming to this credit union since 2000(?). It was South Division but it merged with Scott. The people(employees) and I have developed a great relationship over the years. Some faces are new but business as usual. Some changes in how it operates. I used to get my direct deposits on Wednesday. Now I get it Friday. That was convenient but not a major issue. I also got 1 free cashier check every month. It's $3 now. It is what it is. Won't go anywhere else. If you decide to bank here, the people will try to make banking enjoyable and worthwhile.”
