“It has been five years since i posted a review so i figured i would come back and say how happy I am that when you walk into the lobby of this Bank it seems like you are surrounded by Family as all the Employees are so friendly as everyone greets you with a warm hello. It is a nice feeling no matter what you came in for you leave there feeling that they appreciate not only your business but the account holder also. Glad the Evergreen Bank Group is here in Evergreen Park,il and i hope i can still say 10 years from now. You are number one in my book and always will be. Thanks for everything.”

He followed up with me the following week to ensure I had all the information I needed. Excellent customer service. “I had to drive quite a bit because this is the closest branch to me. It was well worth it. The building is under construction, so space is limited, but the customer service and community made the experience a great one. I felt welcomed. The tellers were smiling and joking with customers. Extremely knowledgeable. The customers were in good spirits. There was this young lady (customer) passing out little suckers and fist bumping other customers. It was precious. It felt like being around family. The manager (I’m assuming) was knowledgeable. He didn’t assist me, but I saw him assisting others and transitioning from the drive through to the lobby. The young ladies were so polite and friendly. I honestly could have stayed in the lobby just for the atmosphere. I just walked out with a smile on my face. In this day and age, great customer service is RARE. Service was quick even with long lines. Kudos to this team. Keep up the great work. Keep thriving and continue being the beautiful souls that you are.”
