Idiots spelled my name wrong on a cashiers check that had 3 tellers and one manager over look before Issuing it to me. I guess I should say 4 idiot's because I didn't think to proofread before leaving the branch.

Maybe all the tellers shouldn't go to lunch at the same time, leaving only one teller to take care of the long line of cutomers.

I wish i could rate this branch a ZERO star. Very rude and unprofessional staff! Never have such bank that rejects a new customer. They only accept appointment customers to open account. No walk-in. Hope you know in advance to avoid the waste of time.

The tellers are so not ready to work. One took her ponytail down, re-wound it, retied it and had customers in line waiting service. I don't bank here. I had to make a deposit for a friend.

Unprofessional staff and unreasonable policy that direct simple business like opening a checking account to an overwhelmed banker.

Terrible service. Tellers take forever and not very knowledgeable in some areas. Avoid if you can

The service here is generally very poor. The tellers here have an attitude even when you're respectful, and they seem to lack the proper amount of staff needed to keep the line moving. The last time I was here, all of the tellers seemed to be in a bad mood and were rude to customers that had simple requests. I understand that it's frustrating to deal with unreasonable customers but there's a consistent lack of professionalism here that I'm no longer tolerating. The Wells Fargo I used to go to in the suburbs provided much better service so it may just vary due to the location. Overall, I'll no longer be banking here.

Rude! Terrible service. They treat walk in's as a nuisance. I'm sorry I came in and needed THREE MINUTES to ask a simple question. No! You need to make a appointment. The worker was a j*** who explained it. Ironically later that day I went to the Wells Fargo in Skokie and my issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes without a appointment

They only got (1) one drive-up ATMs Machines. They only have (1) one Bank Drop Slot. There is nice shading (roof) for both the (1) one drive-up ATMs Machines and the (1) one Bank Drop Slot. (3) different three times I went to the (1) one drive-up ATMs Machine they have on a Sunday and it was out of service. You could not even make a deposit nor read your account info. (4) four different times I was there the machine was not able to take checks to be scanned and deposited into your account(S). They have (1) one ADA parking spot with proper graded sidewalk ramp and press open door button. Free non-covered parking. There is always an open parking spot.

Terrible and Kafka-esque customer service. My father maintained an account at Wells Fargo. After he passed away I was named executor of his estate. I attempted to close his account using the documents issued by the probate court, which were readily accepted by other banks. But not Wells Fargo. The first time I went in, they refused to close the account, claiming that I had the improper documents. My attorney wrote them a letter informing them that the documents I brought them were authentic but I returned to the bank and again they told me that I didn't have the correct documents. During my second visit, I had to repeatedly explain that they were the correct documents and had to repeatedly read aloud from both the documents and a letter from my attorney. They still would not accept the court documents and at that point I asked if I had to file a lawsuit to close the accounts. After over an hour and a half of back and forth, they finally accepted the court documents. I did not receive that type of treatment from other banks. It is always a difficult and time consuming process to get a loved one's affairs in order, and Wells Fargo made it far more difficult, stressful, and frustrating than it needed to be.

Not many Wells Fargo bank locations in the Chicago area but this one is a hit or miss depending on when you come if it's going inside or the ATM.

Pretty easy experience! Sheala was super helpful and helped me with just what I needed help with! The temperature on the other hand was out of control. This is the hottest building I've ever been in! And I've been to Finland, where they have stand alone saunas. Which are super hot buildings as you can imagine. 10 minutes in here and I felt like a little slippery sausage boiling up into a crispy cracker. Cracker? Yeah I said it. So what!

One of the worst experiences with the banker so far. I thought bankers are supposed to be more knowledgeable and professional than average guy on the street, or at least try to help the customers. I've been WF customer for couple of years now and expected at least a minimum effort in solving my problems. The banker named Imela was very rude and totally uninterested in hearing me out. Didn't even ask for my information, bank account number, nothing, didn't bother typing. In few very short sentences she said that me having problem with this account (and not the other accounts I have with the other banks) is because banks are different and do business differently(?!). And that's supposed to help me how? Definitely will be closing this acc and moving my money somewhere else.
