I don't know why everyone is complaining about the staff. They are all very friendly and nice. Especially the Pharmacy staff. Jacklyn was especially helpful.

Outside of long lines the management and staff use to be friendly and professional at this particular walgreens on Greenbay road, unfortunately that is no longer evident,being replaced with juvenile,unprofessional management, which can damage The overall perception of the staff and facility itself. Management sets the standard.

They did not have any shopping carts available for people with disabilities who needed them. And they had stuff stolen off of shelves within the store Possibly even without them knowing about it.

Walgreens pharmacy on Greenbay Road is the rudest pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with called sat on hold 20 minutes had to call store manager to get them to answer! My husband just left there said they were not busy just standing around talking!! That is VERY unprofessional and rude to the customer! When I go in I’m going to give them a piece of my mind!!

The worst Walgreens ever they accused me of losing my meds and it always takes them like 1-2 weeks to fill prescriptions. Please for the love of god go elsewhere if you value your sanity. These people need help.

they don't even deserve one star , apart from the pharmacy department being completely inept and rude they are never able to fill a prescription with out making problems. they ask you to call but never answer the phone, ive waited as much as one hour to have them answer the phone and finally just gave up. the people that work in the pharmacy have no idea what they are doing and I'm sure if they are this bad they must be causing even worse problems for patients who's prescriptions they do fill. Stay away fro their pharmacy!!!!!

If you want your medicine to actually be what’s prescribed, the quantity you need/that was requested, or if you try to ask questions they will not help you and will accuse you of “losing” 2 months of your medication you’ve been on your entire life. The pharmacist here (Jacalyn Salamon) is a total joke and she does NOT care about anyone but herself. She will literally leave for lunch break 30 minutes early and come back 30 minutes late, and if you're in line before either of these switches, she will laugh and leave anyway. Save yourself and drive 15 minutes to ANY other pharmacy and I PROMISE you’ll be grateful you did!

The worst!!!! The staff in the pharmacy are slow, disorganized, rude, unhelpful and have no idea what it means to provide good customer service. I had an appointment for my flu vaccine. I arrived on time. All of my personal and insurance information is saved on their website. Despite this, it took over 45 minutes while two different clerks stumbled about trying to use the computer and went back and forth between helping me, helping other customers, looking for lost orders, and answering the phone. They made the simplest, pre-registered task into a real pain that took 3-4 times longer than it should have. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER go back there for anything related to the pharmacy and if others are wise, they will go somewhere else

The most rude pharmacy employees. It takes them 10 minutes to answer the phone & when they do they are rude & unprofessional. Of all pharmacies in the area they are the worst. Hands down. Switch your prescription elsewhere. Anywhere but there.

If you want an absolutely wretched experience where unqualified individuals talk down to you, accuse you of losing or taking medication incorrectly, and will mess up your orders and refuse to fix them. The pharmacists at this location are absolute, completely pathetic excuses for healthcare employees, as they lack even the smallest bit of empathy or respect. Do NOT go here.
