There is a new young woman working at this location who is absolutely a pleasure to deal with. Also this location during the weekday is almost always not busy, no waiting. I think it will get busier though as people realize there are new personnel working here.

This review is for Dorothy. She has excellent customer service. There was a rude customer demanding large amounts of money orders and ms.Dorothy stated she didn't feel safe with that much money on site working alone in 2024. Ultimately she gave the customer over 3k in money orders. The store line got very long and busy due to the customer complaining and wanting to do things her way stalling the line. Once done with her transaction she immediately threatened to put a complaint on ms.Dorothey then tried to rally the customers to join her no1 did. I appreciate having someone with great customer service able to service the public with a big smile. Best service I saw since I've been there over time.

Great little post office, staff is courteous and efficient. Haven't had to wait more than a few minutes here.

Unfriendly lady every time despite trying hard to be nice to her. Was also overcharged for simple stamps. So sad to see a local post office managed by someone who could not be less friendly and seemingly dislikes their job immensely.

Sarah needs a new job! She is never friendly and barely speaks a "hello". It is sad at such a nice old fashioned post office has a bitter old lady behind the desk. TRY BEING NICE SARAH!

I've been going to this post office more than 8 years now. I've been to main office on Davis and Evanston south location, but this location is where I go to. The employee there always try to find me the best option I can use.

The woman working at this post office is horrible at her job, and has been for as many years as I can remember. I went in to ask a simple question about a package I had tracked that showed as being delivered but I never received. I was home the moment the notification popped up and checked my mailbox 60 seconds later, so it wasn’t stolen. The following day the status had changed to “available for pickup”. The moment I spoke and said I had a question about a package, she said, “you have to go to the main post office.” I said, can I ask you a question first? Before I completed that sentence she repeated, “you have to go to the main post office.” Thanks for the help.

Absolutely terrible service. You can get better service in self checkout line at a grocery store.

The worst location. The employee there will not try to do her job at all costs. Avoid, go to another location: Wilmette, Glenview, Libertyville – anywhere but this one.

Once again , absolutely terrible service. How the staff manage to hold on to their jobs is beyond me.I use this post office out of convenience, but I absolutely dread going as I know I am in for a terrible customer service experience.This time the lady insisted that what I thought were 2 letters and could be mailed with first class stamps, were classified as packages and she charged me over $6 to mail them ( which I reluctantly paid as I needed them mailed ) . Turns out if its under 1 oz and less than 1/4 inch thick it can indeed go as a letter.
