Overall I think they do good work, but there were a couple hiccups. I was told, by Jasmine, that the shirts run small,.very small, so I should size up by two sizes. I got an XL instead of a Med, and the shirt is definitely an XL. Not small at all. So my shirt is two sizes too big. The printing is fine. It looks good. But the artists were kind of lazy with their ideas. I had to go back and forth with them a few times They couldn't grasp my concept for my shirt. It ended up taking 3 weeks to get my shirt. From the point I paid for my order, it took them 9 days to send me their first draft. But, they definitely shipped it to me quickly in time for a party I had. So overall 4 stars. I would use them again. But definitely go about things differently. I was happy they were able to.do one shirt, as every other place I called required a bulk order minimum.

I had been looking for a high quality printing company for awhile as it seems most of my local printers and large online printers are DTG. I came across Underground, read their story and reviews, and decided this is who I wanted to do business with. I started to create my shirts on the site (super easy to use), got a quote, and the next day Jasmine reached out to check in and see if I needed any help. The proof approval process was quick and smooth, but my colors appeared slightly off initially, and Jasmine quickly corrected it using my provided Pantone colors. Their customer service and communication were top-notch throughout the process. The shirts arrived and I was super impressed with the print quality. I will definitely be placing another order next spring for a new batch. Thanks again to the UGP Evanston team!

Our group was in a bit of a rush to order custom shirts of a specific type, and not only was the Underground Printing site super organized and efficient to use, they had the perfect shirt option in a great color, the shipping came in on time, and the shirts were fantastic! They were all the perfect size, super comfortable, and the prints came out great!
They even apologized for a “hole” in one of the shirts that they found right before shipping and pointed it out for us, but it was so small nobody would have noticed it in the first place. Their customer service is great!
We definitely will be ordering from them again, it’s worth the extra few $$ per shirt! 🫶

Looked by the shop in Evanston in person. Real nice people! They got me a rush order done for a printed T-shirt. Arrived 2 days later, just like promised, and the printing looks great! High quality material, it seemed, and print itself has also pretty good resolution. Can definitely recommend!

These guys are the worst! They keep spamming the crap out of me. Don't give these guys your business. There are so many better organizations out there a better pricing. These guys are horrible.

I was very disappointed. I order 4 different shirt in ROYAL BLUE. You can imagine my surprise when they came in different color blues. They were not all the same color, and on the website you could see the print on all of them and the colors were exactly the same (on the website).

I have used them twice now- they are always so prompt with feedback and design revisions. They commmunicate often about your order and were there to help when some of my ordering wasn't going correctly. The option to ship tshirts is AWESOME and definitely alleviates the need for a local printer.

The Absolute Worst Experience! I worked w the Evanston location. Sent my design a month ago, finalized everything and submitted design. I had to reach out to see how the process was going a week later, told things were moving a bit slower because power outage but still on schedule. Then receive an email that they can't do my design because of a trademark. I call email and text to try and figure it out and fix the issue, I have not received a call or email explaining the issue or seeing how we can get the issue fixed! The WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!I called and emailed the day you told me there was an issue, and now you want to make it right? There was a clear timeline we were on that you were aware of. O response to one of my many calls and emails when the issue arose would have been helpful. This is just empty platitudes.
