Trader Joe's says it cares about the environment, but it does not show it with its actions. Why bring water all the ways from New Zealand when it can have a purifying machine here in Chicago where I can fill my container.

Trader Joe's needs to educate their team members about laws regarding service animals.
Multiple times I have shopped and seen dogs in the store. (One time the owner placed the dog in the basket of a cart.) I confronted the owners after complaining to a team member (who responded they cannot do anything.) In both instances, the owners claimed the dogs were "emotional support" dogs. According to the law, emotional support dogs do not qualify as service animals. They are pets. See the American Kennel Club site, page "everything you need to know about emotional support animals". And they should not be allowed in grocery stores under the law.

I won't bother shopping at this location anymore. It's poorly managed, and I'm tired of the Venezuelan women using their children to beg for money. Customers are being hounded for money when entering and exiting the store. As customers, we have the right to a panhandling-free shopping experience. Management needs to address this issue. I suggest that customers stop shopping at this location until management remedies the problem.

I normally like Trader Joe's, but I found the people shopping at this location to be pretentious, and that put a damper on my shopping experience.

Most of the cashiers are very friendly, except for one occasion when a cashier threw each of my items in front of me. Until then, I had always thought that Trader Joe's employees were warm and friendly.

My wife and I were insulted aggressively in Spanish by the loiterers outside, them not realizing my wife speaks fluent Spanish. All we did was walk by, which we have to do to go inside. All we want to do is buy groceries! We shouldn’t have to be verbally insulted behind our back (them assuming we don’t speak the language) just because my wife and I were having a conversation to ourselves when walking in.
