Gave them a call, super nice and patient with me on the phone, gave me a price (which was the same price when I picked up the car), and scheduled me in. Super simple with clear communication and fair pricing. I shall continue coming here for additional needs. Thanks!”

You and Sam responded quickly with my situation, although I researched the problem. 2 things I was on the fence with if you get the job the diagnosis should be either reduced or free! 2nd , if the customer should be offered the choice for disposal of artifacts from their vehicle. “This was the most positive mechanic experience I've ever had. I went in to get my car inspeced because it was making some strange sounds. When the inspection was done I was asked to come out to the dock and look at the car. They pointed out exactly where the sound was coming from and how it would be repaired. ALSO they pointed out where a couple other sounds were coming from. So that when I was driving and i still heard other sounds I'd know that the car was still okay. They also showed me where a couple of small leaks were coming from and explained to me what would gradually happen as those leaks continue.
Even though I spent $500 +, I left feeling great. Needless to say I will definitely be returning to get those couple leaks fixed.”
