Stayed here nearly two weeks over a holiday, and all the service was great, room was perfect - sizable and exactly as advertised, and location within walking distance of all we needed. Would stay again!

The people who work here are so kind and inviting. Its hard to be away from home on the holidays, but they made me feel like I was with family anyway. I especially like the restaurant staff, as they are very personable and accommodating.

We had a great stay at the GEM Museum and Suites. Everyone who works at this hotel is extremely kind and helpful. We had one very minor issue with our room, and it was resolved immediately. The daily included breakfast is also excellent. We enjoyed the close location to the University and downtown.
