Been bringing my car here for 8 years. The prices are a bit higher than a standalone mechanic, but it comes with the knowledge that the techs really know your make and model. I also like that the techs let me know what needs to be done right away vs. what I can put off.

I do my regular servicing here. It takes around 1-1.5 hours to do an inspection after which they will send you a video. You can then decide what all service you need based on their suggestions. The waiting area is nice though. There are restrooms, free wifi, coffee and snacks.
