We found Ted's Flooring on a Google search and we were fortunate that we did. We wanted to get the hardwood floors in a rental property refinished quickly to complete a renovation. Ted worked us in on a weekend and the job he did was impeccable. We were really pleased at the detail he put into the floors. The living room area and the bedroom look fantastic. I cannot speak to the quality of work, because we were stood up entirely for our estimate today. What I can attest to though, is the lack of communication.My husband spoke with them yesterday and he said he can come by to do (what would potentially be a 5k+ refinishing job) an estimate after 12pm today. My husband asked “how about we do a 12-1pm window?” He said “yes”. My husband said “let me call my wife to confirm she can be home” …He did so and called back within a view minutes but it went to VM… he left one confirming the time slot.Today I called this morning, and then 6 other times through the morning/afternoon to try and get ahold of someone. I sent a text message as well. I assumed everything was set and they were just busy this morning.No one came came during our 12-1pm time slot, or anytime after.I made a point to take off work so I could be home this afternoon… simple communication, a cancelation, really anything would have been appreciated.??♀️ no idea what happened.
