Swan Lake has always been great to me and my folks. For decades now. Literally. I bring a lot of pants here to be tailored or mended. Also, dress shirts to be dry cleaning. They never disappoint.

BEWARE of getting ripped off. STAY AWAY for alterations!
I dropped a pair of pants off to have a little rip in the pockets sewed up. At other dry cleaners it is probably $10 per repair.When I picked it up, the cost was super expensive, more than the pants cost. At $55.50 I was shocked - as I had two little kids with me, I chose not to fight it. But what a ripoff. In retrospect I should have left my pants all together.
My hope is that others read this and take their small sewing jobs somewhere else. Save yourself a headache!

I had a long gown hemmed here. It was not only expensive, but the large amount of fabric was thrown out. When I discovered this I went back to retrieve it, and it was too late. When I said I was disappointed, the woman started to YELL at me!! The last owners were SO MUCH BETTER. It is not the same place and I will not return.Service: Alterations

Fantastic Local cleaner. It is in the neighborhood so is convenient, but I also find the service and prices to be great. Personally I've never had an issue, of course that doesn't mean others did not.

I have been using Swan Lake for about 7 years without fail. They are friendly, always recognize me, always get my shirts done as I prefer, on time, and they handle alterations flawlessly. Prices are very reasonable. Hours are convenient - open Sat. Love this place.
