Best hand car wash in Evanston. They are fast, efficient, they do all the little things other places don't. All the inside edges of the doors the trunk etc...

This is my favorite place to get a car wash. I have been going here for years. Be warned that they will turn you away before their posted closing hours. I arrived two minutes prior to their fifteen minute “pre-closing” window and was not permitted to enter the line, so I learned the hard way.

Awful service with very rude staff.
They knocked off my backup camera during their car wash (my recordings on the backup camera can clearly see that), but denied so and rudely refused to take any action.
Never recommend to this "hand wash" store that take no care of your car at all.

It's ok. I had to point out a couple smudges of whatever on the outside of my car that he was easily able to wipe away. But I should not have to point it out. Also when I told the cashier make and model he said $25 but I was charged 26. I called later to ask them why and they said there's a big sign on the wall about the extra dollar for credit card. If they're going to verbally state twenty five dollars, why can't they just say that's for cash only right then? Principal...
Lastly, when I got out of there in the sunlight I could see the vacuum job could have been much better. Like I said...it's ok.

Excellent job on full detail. I have 3 young kids, so the car needed a lot of love. The team did a fantastic job. Looks as new as it can!

Hi I am totally dissatisfied with my car wash service this past Friday, I've been here before and the service was fantastic, But this time around it was horrible, I still had soap on the truck and they did a poor job in drying off vehicle, and tire dressing is a extra charge, I don't understand why it's that especially paying almost $30 for a wash.. I feel like when they have a great volume of cars in waiting they kinda of rush your vehicle, I'm not saying I should get special treatment but be a little more attentive and look over vehicle, thank you.

We have been getting our land cruiser detailed every year for the past 10 years at Suds car wash. It is worth every penny.Our truck has over 125,000 miles and it looks brand spanking new.I strongly suggest when you get your vehicle detailed to ask them to also do the engine!Services: Scratch removal
