I order from these guys all the time. I have nothing but positive things to say about their pricing, fast shipping and general willingness to help me select the right rackets, string, grips, string tensions etc etc. Granted, I live just a few hours away, my orders are always filled quickly and Im usually receiving items within 48 hours.Thanks Louis and Anil for always taking good care of my squash needs! Looking forward to getting another racket soon!

Order one item and they sent a different one. Needed them for a tournament. They won’t send the right one until we ship the other one back. This was their mistake and yet we have to pay for it. Sent another email and now they won’t respond. They do a bait and switch! The shoes they sent are a lesser value! Be careful when ordering from them! You won’t get what you paid for!!!

They are not honest people. They will send the wrong item and then not ignore any requests to fix the problem. Online Scammers!

Online SCAM ALERT! They do a bait and switch. I ordered a pair of shoes and they sent me a different pair in the mail. Trying to communicate with them and they just keep sending an automated response and won’t fix their “mistake”. Do not order online from them! You won’t get what you paid for!

Anton was helpful over the phone with discussing a new tennis racquet so I came in. He had what I needed for new grips on old racquets and had a new one that is perfect. Convenient too.

I bought the Hi-Tech women's viper sneaker in the same size I have worn for years. The pair I received was way smaller than the same size I was replacing. So, DON'T BUY HI-TECH SHOES ON-LINE. It cost me almost $20 to return them. According to squashpro, which I had to drag screaming and kicking to contacting Hi-Tech, because the number they gave me denied responsibility for handling complaints, Hi-Tech denies they are mis-sized. I am smart enough to put my feet in two shoes and determine whether one is smaller. Just another couple companies out to make money any way they can.

Great prices and terrific service. The shop sponsors our annual charity racquetball tournament in December, restrings and regrips our racquets. Good bunch.
