This place used to be good, but they are under new management. Pricing used to be transparent but now it seems like they are trying to bargain and rip people off. I took my Suv there and was surprised where my wash used to be mid 30s it jumped to $50 and the "new manager" who also happens to be the owners nephew(go figure) was trying to clean it before I told him to start. Recently my pregnant wife took her car there which is a smaller SUV and they tried to charge her $75 telling her "its a good price dont tell anyone!". Pretty sure whoever this new manager is saw that she was a pregnant women and tried to take advantage of her. SHAME ON THEM! This new guy is running the business into the ground. The $6 wash with free vacuums on Oakton does better :)

Deep cleaning plus sticker removal—excellent work! My car looks brand new. Two thumbs up. (The negative reviews must have really hurt, but they’ve obviously changed their approach to customer service. No complaints from me!)

Changing my review from bad experiences. You should have clear pricing, it feels awful trying to up charge.
If you don’t the premium $30 they do the worst job. Not worth it.

HORRIBLE cleaning, they used old dirty rags that scratched my 2021 Volkswagen Atlas. When I tried to complain the person that rung me up who they said was the boss RAN away. I tell his worker and he tells me that towels are towels that it's no big deal when you can clearly see the swirls from the towel.
They stained my leather interior from the armor all because they did not properly wipe down. TO PUT THE ICING ON THE CAKE: SOMETHING WAS STOLEN FROM MY TRUNK.

I don’t seldom leave reviews, but the owner of this establishment needs to know how horrible my hand car wash was today. 25$ for a car wash my kids occasionally give on some weekends. I won’t go into specifics because everyone knows what to expect for a 25$ car wash.

I have been going to this car wash for years. Today I went and it looks like new management took over. The guy said my car was "filthy" and they were going to charge me double. He pointed to dirty floor mats and bugs on my front bumper. He was very insulting on his tone. If my car wasnt dirty, I wouldn't need a car wash. I drove out, and don't plan to give them my business again.
