Make sure you get any quote from them in writing. I did not do so and was overcharged by $25. I was also accused of mishearing the quote and was told they would get back to me which has not happened.

This is a Compounding Pharmacy, which is useful if you need a medication which needs to be mixed by the pharmacist. You can also get regular prescriptions here. Not much else you can buy.

I've used Simply Pure for a couple things besides getting my Covid-19 booster shots since 2021 and they were able to fill a compound prescription for one of my pugs two years ago. Every time I've been in there the entire staff from the receptionist to the pharmacist have been extremely friendly, caring and very sociable. The location of Simply Pure is excellent it's right across the street from the CTA Davis Stop multiple CTA and Pace buses along with the CTA Purple Line, and with walking distance to the Metra UPN line.

This place made my pet’s end of life an absolute nightmare. My vet EAH always sent the scripts here and it took usually a WEEK to get any contact from them then more time for them to fill something. I really hated having to call them every single time instead of everything being automated for a return customer??

Great customer service. I found myself in a somewhat unique situation. For a number of reasons, I need to use a diaphragm for birth control. Yes, that thing you heard about in health class and thought "people still use those?" Well yes, some people do. This was the only pharmacy that was able to order one for me and bill insurance.One chain pharmacies tried (once I was able to get past hold) but they simply couldn't get one from their supplier. Another chain pharmacy told me to go to a durable medical equipment provider (LOL) saying they don't know how to order this.Simply Pure RX actually LISTENED to me and was able to order it for me and bill insurance. Since then, I get all of my prescriptions here. The home delivery service is nice too.

Amazing pharmacy! Our vet recommended them as a possible source for some unusual medicines for our sick pet. Not only were they able to prepare the medicines we needed within the day (on a weekend!), but they also found some flexible options for us that saved us at least $300 on the prescriptions we needed. They even called our vet and went over the ingredients for the new medication one by one to make sure it would be safe for our fuzzy baby! Everyone (especially Fatimah) truly went above and beyond to help us when they didn't need to. Apart from that, the pharmacy was wonderful: friendly, speedy, and incredibly helpful. I can't recommend them enough!

I somewhat recently had to leave my cat's old compounding pharmacy because they stopped taking veterinary patients. At first I was really upset, but now that I've found Simply Pure, I see that it was incredible good fortune! I've never been in person since I live in the city (and they ship), but I've never once felt distant from them. They are so sweet and I never feel rushed through phone calls when I have questions, and they are INCREDIBLY accommodating. You can refill prescriptions online, too. Their communication is top-notch--I get text messages when my cat's prescription ships out which is really nice. The medications are packed very well and cold ones are kept very cold. They have a very streamlined and efficient process and I really appreciate the warmth, kindness, and care in which they implement it. My cat will definitely be a patient as long as they will have her! ...She's 17, so 30 more years at least, right...? Right?!?

I've been having our topical medications compounded for my office by Simply Pure Rx for awhile now and they have great customer service. They're very responsive and I can rely on them for quick shipping and making any modifications/adjustments I need. I highly recommend them for offices who need certain topicals compounded.

This whole place is amazing! Their fantastic marketing rep Alexis made promises up and down on how great this pharmacy is; along with how personable they are to all of their customers. Each time I enter this establishment, I get nothing but great service and their complete attention. They got my refills perfect every time and even delivered them to my house on time! I'll stick with Simply Pure Rx because they are cheaper cost and less of a headache to deal with than the others. :)

We had some lady come by named Alex O'Hara, whom came by with her husband in an attempt to show us product. Her husband interrupted every one of our questions, while going on an endless rant about why we should shop with them and how they're better than anyone else out there and so on. These representatives were nothing but ignorant towards myself and my sister, who cornered us into a service that has zero relevance to us.
